How much lead time is required for catering orders?

We request at least 24 to 48 hours’ notice for standard catering orders. For larger events or weekend deliveries, booking 2 weeks in advance is recommended.

Do you offer delivery in Rochester, NY?

Yes! We offer catering delivery for a fee throughout Rochester, NY, including Pittsford, Brighton, Penfield, Webster, Greece, and surrounding Monroe County areas. Delivery fees are based on distance and there is never a charge for pick-up orders.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions like gluten-free or vegan?

Absolutely. Most of our meats, beans, rice, and corn tortillas are naturally gluten-free. Our chips and hard-shells are fried in a separate fryer, our rues are made with rice flour, and we take all the necessary precautions to avoid cross-contamination. We also provide dedicated vegetarian and vegan taco options upon request. We are a nut-free kitchen, and we have many soy-free options as well.

What is included with catering orders?

All catering orders include disposable serving utensils. Plates, napkins, and plasticware are available for $1 per person. Chafing dishes and sternos are available upon request for $15 per set.
